I saw you in a dream today
and I love you was all you had to say
embracing me so tight I wanted to stay forever
but the shrill alarm and sudden light told me we werent together
ill make the same trip everyday
imagining you're there, you're here, having something to say
but ill see nothing more but a disgusting replacement
looking well and fresh out of a dark retarded basement
and my mind will tell me you're around the corner or over there
my eyes will fool me cruely and ill grunt to myself "that's not fair"
two days already gone and I hate this life
add it to my torn soul with your wonderful sharp knife
you left me and I have to live with just a memory
I fucking hate you for doing this to me but youll never become my enemy
because I love you more than anything I've ever known
and forever will, even if you did without a goodbye step out of my zone
it kills my heart and it's all around us that we're destined far from each other
but why did He put us in this situation when we're not to be with one another?
but how did I discover you in this way in the first place
since when did I allow myself to wish to get to second base?
I shouldn't care about you and you shouldn't care about me
but why oh why do I wish we could be together for eternity?
I'm underneath the stars and moon with you tonight
soft sand, quiet ocean, sweet nothings and exchange of secret vows
