Personly I hate the idea of the death penalty. I would rather have them locked up and the key throwen away.
What right do humans have to play God and decide whether or not a person should die or not reguardless of what they have done.
I mean that person could turn out to be innocent or something, so the result is that an innocent person is killed.
TI had some other really good points but I forgot them. Shall add them soon.

The mysterious case has made worldwide headlines. The McCanns have said they still hope to find Madeleine, who they believe is still alive.

McCann family spokesperson Clarence Mitchell said on Wednesday it was "tragic" that this kind of information should be released only now.

"It is harrowing to hear a child saying that. If it was Madeleine, it was a disgrace that it was not passed on," he said.

The McCanns have not ruled out taking legal action against the Portuguese police over alleged shortcomings in the investigations.

They have hired private detectives to re-investigate the alleged Amsterdam sighting - along with many others - reported after Madeleine's disappearance 15 months ago.

Stam, 41, told Dutch detectives she spoke to a little girl aged three or four who said her name was "Maddy", and replied to a question about her mother: "They took me from my holiday."

According to Stam's witness evidence to Dutch police, which was passed on to investigators in Portugal, the little girl entered the party shop with a man and a woman and two other children.

The man - who "did not look like a nice person" - appeared to be speaking Portuguese, but the woman spoke in English, and told Stam they had a small circus in France.

The young girl approached her and asked in unaccented English: "Do you know where my mommy is?"

On being told her mother was a little further back in the store, the child replied: "She is not my mommy," and added: "She is a stranger, she took me from my mommy."

OK, actualy the corect sounding of this problem is: "Why womans are such a gossipers?" (lol), but i had to tone down a bit the title of the thread, so that i can entice the girls here. lol
Is to gossip a normal way to converse for the most of womans?
Of course (or maybe), most of the girls here don't take the some point of view, but the nude truth is that if the woman don't gossip, they just don't know what to tallking about.. :d
Now maybe you think that here i have to say something in woman's defence, and to disgrace the mеn ..no, i won't do it. Most of womans are like one own information agency. This agency connect with the others and spread the gossip, and then the others complete and exaggerate it even more.
At the men there isn't such a thing! We have a great number of themes for discussion and we can talk about interesting and important things without mentioning third persons and to gossip about them.
Dear ladies, you have all the time in the world (or at least one week) to defend yourself and to disprove me with arguments, swear-words and gossips.

I only just found out about it today; it's quite sad as I enjoyed his performance as General George Hammond in Stargate SG 1 and of course as Scully's father in The X Files. :(

Ive been hearing some talk about this movie postal. Browsed around on their site http://postal-the-movie.com the trailers were awesome lol you have to see them. but yeah has anyone seen the movie previously because i know its coming out on DVD soon like aug 26 or something. let me know your thoughts on it.
