I would be so surprised if I met Nelly on the street. First off, I would introduce myself to Nelly, then ask her how she's doing. Then, we would talk about stuff and get to know each other. Lastly, I would give her a big hug.

Well, after picking myself up off the floor + dusting myself off, I'd just say hi + that I appreciate her work + maybe ask her to sign something or get a photo, y'know the usual + then when giving her a hug I'd plant a tracking device of some kind......

honestly I have no idea what I would do!
I think I'd be in shock more than anything, until I'm in that situation I can't fully know what'd I woudl do, but I'm usually pretty shy so I'd probably just say hi or something! lol
